Here are some hints about how the game works (no spoilers). In this version of the game, there is no way to increase sluttiness. Some options which say that the sluttiness level is too low, are just hints for what's coming in future update(s). The number of followers is going high at a better rate if you're posting something once a week. And if you didn't make a single post in more than a week, some people will start unsubscribing. Affiliate link integrations make sales only if they're in any of the last 6 posts. The more of these posts have a link, the more sales. However, if all of the last 5 posts contain affiliate links, some people will unsubscribe. If you're wondering if suggestive descriptions and profile name/bio affect anything, yes they do affect the followers increase.
