But you have to admit: even now, you are tempted.
On the other side your gaze falls on a pub. In a small town like this these places can be perfect to get some information. Plus, the guy you are looking for is a corporate agent. And you wouldn't be surprised if he is inside the building, looking for volunteers for some shady corporate job as you are standing here. So why not make a visit?

Do this and you will receive a substantial reward. A very substantial one."

You could also look around on the ship, see if you could find something Fiz might be worried about. That way you could still get to him, even if it turns out your competition is //more resourceful// than expected. Now this still leaves the issue of the tracker. But at least you can solve one of your problems.

In front of you the pirates are caught off guard by the shockwave, their bodies torn to pieces by the shrapnel. The tracker inside you is still active. Sure. But there is nobody left to monitor you. Then your glance falls on Fiz, him being the furthest one away from the blast zone. And indeed: he survived the damned thing without a scratch.
