This game is very much oriented around the themes of physical transformation, so expect anything in that regard, ranging from mundane changes to wild stuff. This includes voluntary and involuntary transformations. As there will be aliens in the game, you will have a lot of possibilities. You can completely disable the transformation, but keep in mind that this is a central theme in this game, so you will lose some content if you disable them entirely.
